A leading South African business process outsourcing provider is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to join their growing team. They deliver high-quality customer service, sales support, and back-office solutions to global clients, specialising in short-term insurance, finance, healthcare, and telecoms sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support the sales operations team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Drive short-term insurance sales performance across multiple channels
- Ensure full compliance with FSCA regulations and internal company policies
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimise sales processes within the BPO environment
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, risks, and compliance
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven ability in short-term insurance sales
- RE5 qualification (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of FSCA compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Solid experience working in or with BPO environments, with an understanding of operational and client relationship dynamics
